During valve opening/closing, the bufferfly plate sealing face will be deviated gradually from and pressed into gradually the valve seat sealing face, thus reducing the mechanical abrasion and damage between the bufferfly plate and the valve seat during opening/closing. For the double-eccentricity bufferfly valve, when the bufferfly plate rotates from 0° to 8°-12°, the bufferfly plate sealing face will break away from the valve seat sealing face completely, thus reducing the mechanical abrasion and and the extrusion corner travel during opening/closing the butterfly valve. With the reduction of mechanical abrasion and extrusion,the sealing performance and service life of the bufferfly valve will be improved greatly.
